Game Masters are the magic of Emerge's Escape Rooms. Game Masters run rooms, interact with people and perform a live act as a zombie survivor or Dr. Jones himself! You will be solving puzzles, telling stories with our unique live acting experience and making people smile and laugh.

Skills Needed: Theater Acting, interpersonal skills, tech savvy, flexible, coachable and a sense of humor.

As a Game Master you will:• Have fun every day! • Be part of a team • Greet guests and give an exciting introduction to their experience • Run games for guests • Give helpful clues and cues when guests ask for help • Act out a live skit to set the scenario • Celebrate wins with guests and remain positive and encouraging regardless of their escape success • Help to create lasting memories with groups • Reset rooms for the next escape artists • Speak with guests in-person and over the phone • Perform other day-to-day functions as directed by the General Manager Youre a good fit if you have these qualities: • Love puzzles, riddles, and/or escape rooms • Problem solving skills • Effective communication skills (can articulate yourself well) • Basic technology skills (computer skills, emailing, etc.) • Dependable and respectful • Can sit for extended periods of time and focus for up to an hour at a time • Can lift 30 lbs., reach, squat, kneel, climb a ladder, etc.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Game Master to join our team. The Game Master will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests in an interactive gaming environment.

Duties:
- Lead and facilitate interactive games and activities for guests
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their gaming experience
- Manage game flow and ensure all participants are engaged and following the rules
- Set up and reset game rooms between sessions
- Maintain a safe and clean gaming environment
- Assist with guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, guest services, or events management
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and maintain a positive atmosphere during games
- Knowledge of theater or events management is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing scenarios
