Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or Office Manager, preferably in the construction industry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction accounting principles is a plus.
