Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants

- Strong customer service skills to interact with staff and tenants in a professional manner
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related field
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.74 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
