As a Hygiene Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office and providing exceptional patient service. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, specifically focusing on hygiene services.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of patient appointments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulation and standards, including HIPAA.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and enhance patient experience.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
- Utilize dental office software systems to manage patient information and appointments.

Skills:
- Strong background in patient services, preferable in a dental or medical setting.
- Experience working as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is highly desirable.
- Proficient in medical administrative support tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing medical records.
- Familiarity with dental office operation and terminology is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and record keeping
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and staff members.
