**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Advisor to work with customers and technicians in scheduling work for our service department.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the marine industry, preferably related to mechanical systems on watercraft in the 30'-65' range.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and log customer requests, and generate work orders

- Work with technicians and Service Manager to ensure smooth work flow and job completion.

- Communicate with customers regarding job status, updates, issues found, etc.

- Coordinate requisitioning necessary parts and materials for work to be completed.

- Review work orders for accuracy and completeness

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting

**Qualifications:**

- Strong understanding of recreational marine industry practices

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Understand/learn and follow inventory control and job cost management

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
