What we do DIFFERENT at Little Sprouts:
- encourage children to learn self-sufficient skills such as cleaning messes in the classroom, learning to assist with diapering, being a apart of a classroom community, express ones emotions, learn real-life consequences such as waiting a turn or taking a breathing break rather than being punished and missing out on the opportunity all together
- monthly staff lunches and meetings including dinner
- co-teaching style in the classroom providing opportunities for everyone to create fun engaging activities for the children
-family-style meals with the children including breakfast, lunch, and snacks
What your day would look like:
10:00-5:30 about you would enjoy your time with the children, engaging in classroom activities and providing a safe and clean environment. participating in diapering, assisting with staff breaks, help support meal times with the children
5:30 or when all children leave - 6:30 cleaning and sanitizing the classroom for the following day based on the cleaning checklist.
