For more than 15 years, we have provided security, access control, A/V integration, and fire alarm systems to newly constructed multi-family apartment complexes and commercial projects along the Front Range of Colorado. In addition to providing service and installation support for many of the biggest building developers, property managers, and general contractors in Colorado and the United States, we also work in new construction. What You Will Be Doing
- Assisting project execution teams with design evaluations and arranging for the necessary system drawing permits.
- Create project-specific protocols for the installation, commissioning, and prewiring processes.
- Lead, oversee, and manage the company's onsite teamswhich comprise subcontractors, install and site commissioning technicians, and QA techniciansas needed to effectively finish installation projects.
- Assist the project manager by offering technical assistance, site inspections, and quality control supervision.
- Represent to all municipalities, other accrediting bodies, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
- Assure precise implementation and completion of installation operations.
- As needed, offer technical help to the Service organization.
At least 5 years of experience with a combination of the following:
