Position: Payroll Specialist

Location: Lone Tree, CO

AimHire is currently searching for a Payroll Specialist to join an international, mission-driven medical device company in the Lone Tree area! This is a full-time, 4-month contract position with a possibility of becoming permanent.

This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Complete manual input & payroll integration file uploads in ADP
• Complete pre-payroll validations and post payroll reconciliations to support audit controls
• Timely reconciliation and payment of all statutory taxes, garnishees, and benefits
• Complete ad hoc off-cycle/check payments to employees where applicable
• In collaboration with the Total Reward Centre of Expertise and the broader Global Service & Experience team manage the overall operationalization, administration and communication of the employee benefit programs
• Sharewave plan reconciliations where applicable – the employee stock purchase program
• Complete pre-payroll validations and post payroll reconciliations to support audit controls
• Timely reconciliation and payment of all statutory taxes, garnishees and benefits
• Complete ad hoc off-cycle/check payments to employees where applicable
• Applies payroll knowledge within job responsibilities, in compliance with relevant federal and state laws
• Identifies & recommends improvements to processes within area of responsibility
• Tracks and analyzes individual and process performance metrics
• Analyzes, evaluates and makes decisions on routine payroll actions
• Resolves issues and answers questions pertaining to payroll and Success Factors administration
• Basic ability to analyze and maintain data in ADP, Success Factors and FOCUS (HR data systems)

Requirements:

• Covid Vaccination Required
• Multi-State experience
• 1 year ADP Workforce Now experience
• 1 years Payroll experience
