Lakeview Townhouses in Liverpool , NY is looking for one maintenance to join our 7 person strong team. We are located on 151 Old Liverpool Road. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities
- *Maintain property cleanliness and appearance *Ensure safety regulations are met *Coordinate and facilitate maintenance and repairs *Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems *Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prolong equipment lifespan *Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- *Experience working in maintenance *Capable of learning new skills quickly *Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems *Able to use hand and mechanical tools to ensure safety and completion of tasks *Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Working Conditions:
- *Indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions *Must have driving license

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $15.00 - $25.00/hour.
