THE OPPORTUNITY
Dillard's is seeking an experienced Front-End Developer to join the MEMS (Mobile, ePub, Marketing, SPC) team. We are currently looking to complement the team with an individual with front-end development experience, strong communication skills, and an ability to collaborate in an agile environment.
As our ideal candidate, you will be comfortable developing and maintaining web and hybrid mobile applications while solving complex user experience issues. You will need to communicate effectively with different roles on the team to advocate for our end users and their experience within our projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining our front-end applications while consistently researching new features from framework and library upgrades that further enhance users’ experiences.
THE TEAM
This position is on the MEMS (Mobile, ePub, Marketing, SPC) Team. We are responsible for supporting users in several areas across Dillard’s. We support our eCommerce, Store Planning, and Marketing teams through our web applications. We also support our associates and external customers in the Connect and Dillard’s customer hybrid mobile applications. Finally, we support the Dillard’s Traffic and Accounting Departments through the Import Invoice web application.
