Day in the life of a Plumbing Construction

• Lead a plumbing construction team and deliver craftmanship level work
• Installing and repairing, fixtures, and equipment
• Bathroom and kitchen remodels
• Lead in the installation of plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, faucets, and water heaters
• Use a variety of tools and techniques to complete electrical tasks
• Order electrical parts, maintain work logs, and collaborate with other service workers to complete large projects
• Follow safety codes and building regulations
• Respect and leave owners property clean and in better condition than you found it
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications, we will help you with this
• Other duties needed to help drive our vision and fulfill our mission, while abiding by the JH core values

What We Need

• Work at a fast pace and complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team, suppliers, vendors, and customers
• Good technical skills and a willingness to follow instruction
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Thorough understanding of purchasing procedures and policies
• Push, lift, and pull up to 100 pounds, climb stairs, bend, squat, stand for extended periods of time
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record; maintain a good driving record in compliance with John Henry’s requirements
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal and driving background checks
