Overview

Responsible for the development and execution of architectures, policies, practices and procedures in order tomanage the information lifecycle needs of the organization in an effective manner and examining theorganization's data with the purpose of drawing conclusions about that information.

Responsibilities

• Helps establish and implement cost effective, results based, and professionally managed programs andinnovative initiatives for the data management area, under direct supervision.
• Contributes to less complex components of projects, programs, or processes for the data management area.
• Does simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the organization's data managementstrategy.
• Coordinates data acquisition, storage, processing, administration, and maintenance in order to link systems tobusiness processes and requirements.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Understands and applies the organization's mission, vision, and core values of improving health and promotingwell-being in day-to-day interactions with team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 1-3 Years Experience
• Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
• Basic awareness of digital literacy skills
