The Line Supply Forklift Operator will receive and transfer ingredients from the warehouse and / or trailers to warehouse locations and production lines
Effectively supply processing lines with ingredients and packaging items to maintain smooth operation of the line. Remove food waste / trash and handle appropriately Accurately enter movements and transactions into QAD including issuing and de-issuing materials.
Other duties as deemed necessary by management per business needs. This position is also expected to qualify into all the skill blocks up to and including level 3-1 according to the Forklift Operator Staffing for Excellence plan.
Position Responsibilities
- Able to obtain an OSHA Forklift certification
- Basic communication skills
- Basic computer and calculator skills
- Good attendance record Under 5 points
- Able to lift 50-80 pounds occasionally
