*experience is required*
You will need plant knowledge as well as people management experience.
Job Duties include but aren't limited to
- Customer Service/ Point of Sale use
- Stocking/inventory management
- Over seeing the nursery/plant care
- Plant/product ordering
- Managing 2 employees
- Possibility to help carry out soil & plants sometimes 50 lbs
Pay will be based on experience/knowledge
