We currently have an exciting opportunity for a RF Engineer with our Advanced Safety & User Experience division in Krakow. This role is primarily responsible for the tests and design of RF path for infotainment module used in Automotive. Your role: Design low power Radio Frequency circuits. Cooperate with suppliers (component selection, design reviews). Cooperate with customers during R&D, execution and integration phases (ideas, requirements, problem solving). Cooperate with other competencies within the organization (HW validation, SW functional testing, certification) to ensure the product meets high automotive quality standards. Participate, mentor and support the PCB layout drawing process. Support diagnosing and modifying existing RF designs. Design and develop testing methods to validate fabricated designs path in laboratory settings. Perform worst case analysis (electrical, RF, link budget) to ensure compliance to customer system requirements. Verify the product on the laboratory and vehicle level. Technical support of products in the field. Stay open-minded for new challenges and technologies. Your background: Bachelor, Master or PhD Degree in Electronics / Electronics and Telecommunication / Computer Science. Experience in the design, development and testing of RF circuits and antennas. Radio Frequency circuit simulations. Analytical thinking. Good English language skills. Nice to have: Ability to use RF measuring instruments: Spectrum Analyzer, Vector Network Analyzer, RF generators. Experience in EMC/EMI measurements and problems solving. Experience with global and regional RF certification process (FCC, RED, other). Experience with 2D/3D EM simulation tools (i.e. FEKO, Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS, CST). Experience in the design and development of embedded systems. Programming skills (i.e. Python, VBA, LabView, C, CAPL). Knowledge about PCB manufacturing (preferred automotive market).
