The Team Leader of KW Big Island (KWBI), a dynamic, growing Hawaii real estate company, is seeking a Team Leader (TL) to join our Market Center (office) on Hawaii Island/Big Island. Our offices have 65 agents and currently 2 locations: Kona & Hilo.

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented environment where there is an opportunity to make an immediate impact to KWBI and its agents. The Team Leader is uniquely positioned to help KWBI agents to achieve their highest potential and assist in growing our office through production, agent count, and profitability.

Position Description and Requirements:

The Team Leader is part of the Executive Leadership Team and plays a key role in the overall management of the Market Center, agent recruiting, technology, and career development. Specific TL responsibilities include, but are not limited the following:
