Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Eyelash Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and enhancing natural features through eyelash services. If you have experience in hair extensions, sales, and are knowledgeable in various beauty techniques, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail - Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend appropriate styles - Educate clients on proper aftercare for eyelash extensions - Upsell additional beauty services or products to clients - Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment - Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty industry Qualifications: - Certification in eyelash extensions application - Proficiency in hair extensions and hair threading techniques - Knowledge of Millennium software or similar scheduling systems - Experience in sales and upselling beauty services or products - Familiarity with dermal fillers and nail care is a plus - Ability to sanitate tools and work area effectively - Skills in straight razor, deep tissue massage, or other beauty techniques are advantageous Join our team as an Eyelash Specialist and showcase your talent in creating stunning eyelash designs while providing exceptional customer service.
