Knoxville Pediatric Associates is Hiring a RN (KPA Clinch) Near Knoxville, TN
This full time RN position is for a 4-5 day work week (36-40 hours) with a Saturday rotation monthly. Must be able to work between both Clinch and Cross Park location, if needed.
Job summary: Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services for patients seen in the office. Provides assistance to physicians and nurse practitioners.
Performance Requirements:
1. Exercise judgment and discretion when dealing with patients and physicians.
2. Ability to work with compassion and patience when dealing with ill children.
3. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public.
4. Ability to recognize problems and suggest solutions.
5. Ability to be calm and level-headed in emergencies.
6. Ability to utilize computer equipment and Electronic Health Record in providing patient care.
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing.
Certificate/License: Valid state license to practice registered nursing.
