- The Instructional Technologist will participate in all phases of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), focusing on Analysis, Design, Development.
- Expectation for this role is to participate in design and development of the Technical Instructor Led training programs as a part of a technical classroom training quality revision and improvement initiative.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance is required. This requires US Citizenship.
- Technical knowledge and experience with Electrical Safety Training is preferred.
