Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Floater to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and be able to support various classrooms within our preschool setting.

Duties:

- Assist lead teachers in implementing educational programs
- Support children's learning and development through engaging activities
- Provide individualized attention to students as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Help with transitions between activities and routines
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive learning environment

Requirements:

- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child welfare and literacy education principles
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Understanding of standardized testing procedures in early childhood education
- Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred
- Montessori or childhood development certification is a plus

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
