Our Daily Bread CACFP is Hiring an Enrollment Specialist Near Knoxville, TN

  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Assist with answering phones
  • Is knowledgeable of community resources to which Educators can be referred for additional services and support
  • Stay current with child care regulations and best practices for caregiving
  • Maintain accurate and positive communications with Educators and prospective Educators
  • Provide training and technical support to Educators
  • Enter Income Eligibility & Enrollment Forms for all Childcare Centers & Daycare Homes, within a 24-hour period, once received in office
  • Communicate with Educators regarding children in pending and/or expired statuses in a timely and continual manner to ensure maximized reimbursements each month.
  • Communicate with Educators regarding children activated with the lowest reimbursement rate due to incomplete paperwork in a timely and continual manner to ensure maximized reimbursements each month.
  • Update Educator Information in Customer Relationship Management Software (CRMS) as updated files (Applications, Licenses, etc.) are received
  • Scan all Educator documents into Archive Document Center on ODB CACFP TeamSite
  • Prepare and send renewal packets on a monthly basis to ensure files are kept up to date
  • Assist newly enrolled Educators with ODB, State & Federal CACFP regulations & requirements to ensure success on the food program.
  • Log communications with Educators in Educator Notes section of TeamSite and share with appropriate team members as needed
  • Communicate with Field Representatives regarding changes to Educator’s file and/or Educator needs weekly for upcoming Monitoring Review Visits
  • Participate in bi-monthly Case Manager check-in meetings to discuss procedure reminders/changes, past claims problems/accomplishments, prepare for upcoming tasks, share ideas, etc.
  • May be asked to assist efforts with processing monthly claims to ensure Educators receive maximized reimbursement, as needed
  • May be asked to assist in ODB CACFP statewide Educator trainings a minimum of two times per year
  • May be asked to attend agency and community events that include child care participants
  • Participates in ODB CACFP annual conference preparation
  • Performs these responsibilities with the understanding that responsibilities and tasks may be modified or expanded over time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

License/Certification:
