Nestled in a welcoming community with a convenient location, Knox offers an excellent environment for a physician dedicated to providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Our clinic is committed to delivering high-quality primary care services to patients in the Knox area.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $230,000 to $250,000 annually
- $10,000 Sign On Bonus
- Relocation Assistance – Up to $5,000
- Vacation: 120 hours
- Paid Holidays
- Continuing Medical Education (CME): 40 hours, allowance of $2,500
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance – Employer Pays 80%
- Life Insurance: 1.5x the provider’s salary
- Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
- Retirement Package – 403(b)
- Employer Paid Malpractice Insurance
Responsibilities:
- 4-day work week, Monday to Thursday
- One Saturday per month from 8 AM to 1 PM, rotating among staff
- 36 hours of clinical work and 4 hours of admin a week
Requirements:
- Board-certified or Board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
- New Graduates Will Be Considered
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach in primary care
- Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Indiana
