Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience in classroom management, center based learning, curriculum development, and a commitment to educating students.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the IXL curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning atmosphere
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their academic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with students in a teaching capacity
- Proficiency in Math and other relevant subjects
- Strong understanding of child welfare and development
- Ability to plan and execute educational activities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in childcare or teaching is a plus
