The Real Estate Investment Analyst will provide analytical support to the overall Trinity Real Estate investment and advisory team. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary investment team including acquisitions, asset management finance, research, and marketing.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Create discounted cash flow projection models, utilizing both Excel and Argus, for new and existing investments.

· Complete a variety of analyses utilizing excel for asset management and advisory assignments.

· Coordinate due diligence relating to new investments including review of third party condition, environmental and engineering reports, title, survey, historical financial statements, leases, market research and evaluation.

· Assist in all aspects of asset management, including but not limited to leasing and lease analysis, valuations, property and portfolio reporting.

· Assist in capital projects, including ground up development, building renovations and tenant improvements

· Draft investment and advisory reports for presentation to Trinity’s Investment Committee as well as clients.

· Complete market research for investment and advisory assignments.

· Assist with client reporting for managed assets

Qualifications:

· Strong skills in financial analysis and modeling; high competency in preparing cash flows.

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

· Argus Enterprise skills preferred but not required.

· Undergraduate degree with a focus in finance and real estate or a minimum of one-year experience as an investment analyst. Institutional experience is a plus.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
