Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Criminal Background
- Annual Physical
- TB Skin Test
Job Duties:
- Supervise teaching staff
- Conduct Monthly Center Meetings
- Complete Classroom observations
- Provide support to staff
- Assist with developmental screenings.
- Assists with recruitment
- Remains current with NC Childcare Law and OHS (Office Head Start) guidelines
- Review, approve, and provide feedback on Lesson Plans
- Complete evaluations on staff
- Maintain confidentiality
- Overnight and out of state travel is required for staff development
- Assist with the implementation of the Education
Preferred Qualifications: BA Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development or related field with years of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.20 per hour
