Access-Supports for Living is Hiring a Customer Service Specialist Near Kingston, NY

Location: Kingston, NY (Ulster County) On Site
Hours - Per Diem flexible hours
Rate of pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Description:
In this role you will:
· -Be customer focused, able to multi-task in a high volume community counseling center
· -Answering phones, taking messages, and scheduling client appointments
· -Setting up charts, filing, archiving, purging charts, and billing for medical services visits
· -Registering new clients for services
· -Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will:
· -Have a minimum 1 year in a clerical support role
· -Have computer skills and experience working with electronic health records
· -Possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
· -Bilingual English and Spanish speaking a plus
