About Elevated Roots:

Elevated Roots is a new and innovative vertically integrated cannabis company located in the South Shore. We currently have a retail locations in Kingston MA and Halifax MA, and are opening our third location in Abington MA. Elevated Roots operates a brand new state-of-the-art cannabis dispensary and indoor cultivation facility with its primary focus on elevating the customer experience through its passion for excellence, cannabis education, and detail-oriented/friendly staff.

Position Purpose, Goal, and Overview:

The Vault Supervisor is responsible for entering and compiling all sales orders, reconciling batch paperwork and inventories (sales invoices and transport manifests), performing a physical inventory at least once per week, producing reports as required by management, and ensuring all sales orders are picked, packed, and delivered in compliance with state regulations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all Vault related functions under the direction of the Director of Cultivation and Director of Operations.
• Become a subject matter expert of the state seed to sale system, and other applicable internal / external systems related to vault oversight.
• Maintains an organized and accurate inventory of all finished goods stored in the vault via internal and external systems.
• Ensure ongoing security of cannabis goods stored within the vault.
• Lead weekly inventory audits of vault and create supporting documentation for all discrepancies and corrective actions taken.
• Maintain batch records, lot worksheets, inventories & quarantine records related to vault inventory.
• Process, maintain, and document product returns.
• Create outbound and inbound transfer manifest processes as applicable.
• Oversee quality assurance for finished goods entering the vault.
• Prepare finished goods related reporting for management distribution.
• Executes inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes inventory holding, maximizes stock tracking system, and ensures inventory accuracy.
• Become a subject matter expert in applicable cannabis regulations.
• Assist in streamlining, refining, advancing & enforcing compliance SOPs, systems & reports.
• Work closely with operations business partners to reinforce a culture of compliance to maintain compliant operations.
• Identify areas for quality control improvement and participate in problem solving activities to drive process improvements.
• Provides administrative support functions necessary to ensure compliance efforts are documented.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
