Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home care services offer companionship for seniors who wish to remain active and independent from the comfort of home. We’re looking to add to our team of caregivers and are searching for mature and compassionate individuals to assist seniors in the community.

Our team believes that seniors can help each other age with dignity, grace, and respect. One of the most important aspects of our services is providing companionship to those we serve. To do so, we commit to pairing caregivers with clients who share similar interests and backgrounds. This ensures a mutually beneficial relationship that helps to encourage a deep and meaningful connection.
Seniors Helping Seniors® caregivers also help with daily tasks like light house cleaning, meal preparation, light yardwork, medication reminders, and transportation to and from appointments or social events. Additionally, we offer 24/7 support for those with more advanced needs, as well as specialized assistance for individuals with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
What do we look for in a caregiver?
· We don’t require a particular level of experience, just mature adults or seniors with a passion for helping seniors in the community continue to live independently.
· Our caregivers should encompass the following traits:
· Can relate to the aging process, helping those we serve navigate the challenges that growing older can bring
· Enjoys helping others
· Compassionate and empathetic to the needs of the senior community
· Willing to share life stories, interests, and hobbies with a senior companion

Candidate Requirements:
· TBI Fingerprint Background Check prior to employment
· Able to provide professional and personal references
· At least 18 years of age
· Proof of US residency
· Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
· No experience required. Training is available.
