Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 35 - 40 per week

Essential Duties And FunctionsYour responsibilities will include managing staff morale, ensuring licensing compliance, facilitating training sessions, supporting program development, overseeing center management, fostering positive relationships with families, and assisting with recruitment efforts.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in early childhood education, related field, or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
- Clear TB test, and recent physical.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Time CommitmentThis position requires 35-40 hours per week, with flexibility as needed.
Physical RequirementsCandidates must be able to perform various physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and more.
