Minimum 1 years special education experience required.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher with expertise in English Language Arts (ELA) to join our team near King of Prussia,Pennsylvania.

This position requires a PA Special Education certification and clearances.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, focusing on ELA skills.
• Design and deliver engaging and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure that students receive appropriate accommodations and support.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, assistive technologies, and resources to promote student learning and achievement.
• Monitor student progress, assess learning outcomes, and adjust instruction as needed to facilitate academic growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, acceptance, and a love of learning.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Pennsylvania Special Education certification (PA SPED cert) required.
• Clearances : PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Criminal Background Check.
• Strong knowledge of ELA curriculum, instructional methods, and assessment practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
