Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of automotive financing and insurance for our customers. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of finance and insurance products.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to determine their financing needs and present financing options tailored to their individual circumstances
- Secure financing through various lending institutions and negotiate terms on behalf of customers
- Review and finalize all financing paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Offer insurance products to customers, explaining coverage options and benefits
- Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and insurance providers
- Train and mentor sales staff on financing processes and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in financing and insurance regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive financing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of finance and insurance products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and finance software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
