Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Backroom Associate. As a Backroom Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of merchandise in the backroom area. This is a vital role in our organization, as it directly impacts the availability and presentation of products for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Sort and organize merchandise in the backroom according to established procedures
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory on the sales floor
- Ensure accurate labeling and pricing of products
- Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the backroom area
- Assist customers with locating merchandise when needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for inventory management
