Assistant Director Of Spa Requirements Include
- Managing all daily spa operations
- Managing a team of aestheticians
- Team development/training of staff
- Managing budgets and profit/loss statements
- Supervising and carrying out body and facial treatments
- Supervising the maintenance of the spa
- Creating a hospitable, welcoming, warm and relaxing environment
- 2 years of managerial cosmetology or other spa-related experience
- Licensed aesthetician a plus
- Exhibits a sound, hands-on approach while being a patient teacher and coach to their team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong base salary of 76,500-93,500
- Amazing bonus program of 5%-7%
- Great benefits plan medical, dental, and vision
- Very generous vacation, PTO, and sick time.
- Relocation paid from the Mainland
