Law Office of Marc Scolnick P.C. is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Kew Gardens, NY
We are seeking an attorney for a growing multistate law firm at our New York City office. Applicant should have experience in at least one of the following areas of practice, including real estate law, landlord-tenant law, civil & commercial litigation.
Must be comfortable with handling in-person court appearances and drafting motions, memorandums, and settlement agreements.
Must be in-office full-time and display interest and motivation to learn and grow with our office. Pay commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
- Strong research skills, including proficiency in Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Excellent legal writing and drafting abilities
- Negotiation and litigation experience preferred
- Familiarity with real estate litigation
- Legal administrative experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
