This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Lead located in Kernersville, NC. The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for conducting equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on a daily basis. They will ensure that all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Qualifications

• Experience in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and maintenance & repair
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field
