ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II for a Space Exploration which would be a great opportunity for someone with

experience in manufacturing looking to further their career in aerospace.

• Manage manufacturing-related projects.
• Achieve get-to-rate, cycle time and lead time reduction targets for the assigned work centers.
• Production Support- Production Scheduling, Theory of Constraints, Budgets and Forecasts, Crew Empowerment, Defect Analysis and Benchmarking Analysis, Resource Allocation, Scenario Planning, Discrete Event Simulation, Make/Buy Evaluations, and Cost/Price Evaluations.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Manufacturing Engineering, or related Engineering degree.
• From recent graduate to 3-5 years of experience working directly with manufacturing in a production environment.
• Experience in assembly manufacturing environments.
• 2 years of factory flow and process modeling and simulations experience.
