Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents through evaluation and treatment
- Communicate effectively with patients' families, physicians, and healthcare team members
- Maintain thorough documentation of all services provided in patient records
- Devise comprehensive treatment plans and implement them accordingly
- Coordinate discharge plans for patients
- Assess patients' physical abilities and set rehabilitation goals
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment program
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Licensed in the state of WA
- 1 years experience preferred
- 13 week assignment with extension possible
- Estimated pay starting $1,900 to 2,400/ week
- 36-40 hours / week.
