TMG Property Management Services NW is Hiring an Overnight Security Guard Near Kennewick, WA
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible and vigilant presence at the construction site to deter criminal activities and enforce site security policies.
- Monitor and control access to the construction site, allowing only authorized personnel to enter the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks and safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to security alarms, incidents, or emergencies and take appropriate actions.
- Report any security breaches, suspicious activities, or safety concerns to the Supervisor and appropriate authorities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Prepare written reports on security-related incidents, including damages, theft, or unauthorized access.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at the construction site.
- Report any safety violations or concerns to the Construction Site Manager.
- Act as the first responder in the event of emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or accidents.
- Coordinate with emergency services, such as police, fire, and medical personnel, as necessary.
- Implement emergency response procedures to safeguard the well-being of individuals on the construction site.
- Verify identification and credentials of workers, contractors, and visitors entering the construction site.
- Ensure that all access points, gates, and barriers are secured and functional.
- Provide prompt responses to residents' calls and address their concerns.
- Previous experience in security-related roles is preferred, but not required.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols is a plus.
