Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Drone / Robotics Operator I

Job Title : Drone / Robotics Operator I

Location : Austin TX

Duration : 12 months with possible extensions

As a Drone / Robotics Operator your responsibilities :

• Will be a robotic field operator for basic functioning UAVs (Quadcopter) who : Supports missions by performing data collection and assists in the processing of collected data.
• Asset Management of associated hardware and tracking hardware assets used for projects and ensuring accountability of their equipment and maintenance status.
• Supports missions as a Visual Observer (VO) with growth opportunity to become a Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC).
• Ability to follow all established company procedures and policies
• Ability to gain unescorted access to nuclear stations
• Travel overnight with potential deployments lasting two to three weeks
• Possess or can gain FAA Remote Pilot Part 107 certification within 30 days
• Possess a valid driver’s license,
• Can work outdoors for an entire shift
• Sustained work location : Looking for candidates who are in / close to Austin, TX. travel 80% of the time.Work schedule : M-Fri (if on deployment they may work Saturdays, but rarely Sundays);

if the weather is challenging, they might work Saturdays and Sundays try to get everything done before the weather gets done in the colder climate areas

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $19-$21per hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
