Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and mixology skills.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed

Skills:

- Proficient in bartending techniques and drink preparation (extensive wine and alcohol knowledge).

- Minimum of two years bartending experience.
- Knowledge of brewing processes and various types of beverages.
- Experience in food handling and familiarity with the food industry
- Ability to work in and handle high-volume situations
- Strong hospitality, sales, and customer service skills.

Must be 21 years or older. We do not hire summer help. Looking for a strong candidate with availability.
