Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of specialized care. The ideal candidate will have experience in resident rights, behavior management, dementia care, and possess skills related to ADLs and senior care.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings

Requirements:

- Previous experience in patient care, nursing, or home care
- Knowledge of hospice care principles is a plus
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor towards seniors
- Certification in relevant healthcare fields is preferred
