JOBDETAILS

• Follows schedules of each line closely on a daily basisfor running orders.
• Sets up lines withrequired machinery raw materials and packing supplies.
• Have machine parts raw materialsand packaging ready at the site of the set up before the actualtime of requirement.
• Carries out actual set upquickly and efficiently to minimize nonvalue added time.
• Meets Assembler / Fillers ongoing requests for packaging onlong runs.
• Cleans parts for set up on a dailybasis and places them in storage cabinets afterwards for efficientretrieval along 5S lines.
• Keeps tank interiorand exterior clean and presentable.
• Periodically changes out the contents to maintaineffectiveness of the tank.
• Drives the forkliftto move set up and store bulk material.
• Maintains and cleans designated set up area inMaintenance.
• Complies with Health
• Safety and Environmental requirements and procedures atall times. Performs other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least one year of directly applicableexperience.
• Must be able to effectively readwrite and communicate in English.
• Must be ableto accurately interpret and follow instructions provided byoperational manuals company procedures and guidelines.
• Must be able to accurately interpret and apply equipmentsettings requiring basic knowledge of mathematics percentagesfractions and decimals to set equipment flow rates and volumespecifications.
• Must be able to use hand andpower tools with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must possess required mechanical skills and abilities toperform set up maintenance and parts cleaning tasks.
• May be required to obtain and retain a forklift operatorscertificate.
• Must be able to use and wear allrequired PPE equipment and clothing with or without reasonableaccommodation.
