Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a crucial role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and repairing equipment, machinery, and systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or areas in need of repair
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
- Fabricate and install various components and parts
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently

Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with welding and fabrication is highly desirable
- Ability to supervise and lead a team when necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.08 - $25.39 per hour
