Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and supporting sales in an automotive service setting.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Support retail sales by promoting products and services
