**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, equipment, and machinery. **Duties:** - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping - Conduct repairs on electrical and mechanical systems - Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects - Fabricate and weld metal components as needed - Ensure facilities are well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders **Skills:** - Leadership skills to supervise maintenance projects effectively - Proficiency in fabricating and welding metal components - Experience in facilities maintenance and repair - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues - Strong customer service orientation - Ability to communicate effectively in English - Electrical repair skills to maintain systems - Experience in supervising maintenance staff This position offers the opportunity to showcase your maintenance skills while contributing to the upkeep of our facilities.
