Levo is Hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Near Kaysville, UT
LÉVO is looking for full-time and part-time Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about mental health treatment with prior psych specific experience to join our team in providing psychiatric medication evaluation and prescription management services in an outpatient setting. We are looking for people focused practitioners who thrive in a team environment. We’d love to have you on our team!
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic mental health conditions
· Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
· Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
· Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
· Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
· Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner with mental health experience
· Ability to build rapport with patients
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong leadership qualities
· Utah APRN License
· DEA Certification
Additional Experience:
One year minimum treating psychiatric conditions

Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
