Registered Behavior Technician

Must hold a current RBT Certification

Monday-Friday, approximately 25-32 hours per week.

Sign on Bonus ($500), payable after 90 days.

**Work shifts are mostly between 12 - 5:00 PM, an occasional morning shift (8:30 AM - 12 PM) may be required.

Minimum of 1 year as an RBT.

Background in psychology, education, social work, or experience in child care preferred.

Job is working with special needs children, so PATIENCE IS A MUST!

Job Description:
Provide center-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy

Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work

Arrive to scheduled shifts on time and remain consistent with scheduled sessions

Implement 1:1 skill acquisition and behavioral intervention programs to children with autism in a controlled setting.

Collect accurate data during sessions

Communicate with supervisory staff

Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.

Be responsive to the needs and direction of clients, their families and supervisors.

Other related duties as required

**Full Day Shift (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

**Afternoon shift (12 PM - 5:00)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
