Location : Kansas City, MO or Wisconsin (Midwest Region)

Job Type : Full-Time

Your Role :

As an Inside Sales Support Representative, you will :

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers in critical industries.
  • Support the sales team with order processing, tracking, and customer inquiries.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports.

Requirements

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience : 3-5 years in inside sales support and / or project management.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills :
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and ERP systems.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
