Click "Apply" now!Your new role as Maintenance Technician:You will be responsible for ensuring equipment, facilities, and plants are being maintained properly so operators can produce products on time, and staff can come into a facility that is safe and properly maintained by communicating with Operators, Leads, Supervisors, Area Managers, and all staff.
A day in the life:
- Perform maintenance and repairs as needed on an expanding list of Equipment and Facilities
- Ensure all work performed meets required codes and complies with plant policies and procedures
- Recognize and correct potential equipment failure and unsafe conditions
- Communication with Supervisor, Area Manager, and Plant Manager
- Assist in training on equipment as needed
- Create efficiencies by streamlining production lines
- Save costs with a "do it ourselves concept"
- High School Diploma and related field or equivalent years of job experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Maintenance Tech in a Manufacturing environment
- Available to work overtime when needed and be on call after hours
- Ability to manage multiple tight timelines concurrently
- $30 to $33 per hour starting pay
