Job Responsibilities: Conceptualization and Storytelling:
- Collaborate with the production and social teams to develop compelling video concepts.
- Ensure alignment with clients' brand identities and marketing goals.
- Generate innovative ideas for both high-production and social media-focused internal
Production:
- Oversee all aspects of video production, maintaining professionalism and efficiency on set.
- Expertise in cinematography, lighting, and composition is essential.
- Experience with Sony and Canon cameras is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with the team.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to edit raw footage, add motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Perform color correction and enhance audio quality to achieve the desired creative vision.
- Tailor content for social media channels, ensuring platform-specific optimization.
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Adapt video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and internal media.
- Stay updated on best practices for video distribution and engagement to maximize reach and impact.
- Conduct thorough reviews of video content to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Strive for excellence in visual aesthetics and storytelling coherence.
- Work closely with colleagues across departments, including social media, design, and accounts.
- Ensure video content aligns with broader organizational objectives and messaging. Project Management:
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and time management.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and deadlines.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Videographer / Editor / Content Creator.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and
- Some knowledge of DaVinci Resolve (bonus).
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
- A diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of video projects and styles.
- Experience with Sony & Canon cameras (preferred).
- Experience with G&E equipment.
